my philosophy of government 2

Do you believe the constitution protect your personal rights?
My decision is based on a activity called the ideal society which I
did in my social studies class. This let me visualize how the
government works from a first person point of view. I believe the
constitution does affectively protect our individual liberties,
because in the ideal society citizens started protests and petitions
some citizens started protests and petitions, some citizens initiated through the House of Representatives articles of impeachment, last but not least our constitution states we have the right to due process.
The first reason I believe the constitution effectively protects our rights is onside the first amendment. In the ideal society we protested and petitutioned about the ichip. Although the president ignored these actions the rest of the citizens of the government recognized them.
Secondly the citizens tried to get the president impeached through congress. This was a hard trial of events and was almost successful. This goes to show you that with the proper evidence you can change your government.

Third there was a trial in the ideal society. The case was between a major corporation and one family. The case was whether the company’s invention was related or unrelated to the death of Malik Cooper. Our constitution gives us the right to a fair trail. The family had no proof so the company was presumed innocent. So without the Fifth Amendment Our economy would drop based on false allegations.
This is why I believe the government effectively protects our personal liberties. All the key points in this piece are talked about in the constitution. First is freedom to protest and petitutioned. They are found in the first amendment. The ways you can impeach are inside article section 2,3 and the right to due process in the Fifth Amendment. Now do you believe the constitution effectively protects our individual liberties?

internet security and freedom

internet security and freedom are to things that clash all the time when your on the internet. Children should be able to do many things as long as the know what they are doing when they go into chat rooms or social sites on the web. its not the rest of the students fault if someone is harrased for giving out their personal info. so i believe that we should be able to go on onto sites as long as we're following the rules of the classroom or the wherever we are.

my philosophy of government

I believe we need government in the world for many reasons. One being protection with protection we are feared by other nations that are scared to attack us. Also our government is great because it allows taxes, taxes help us clean up the city. i believe thomas hobbes theory of government.
